We understand that we cannot always find the exact specialized item you need, and we are happy to decorate outside items. To help us maintain our high standards of quality, please review our policy below:

•   Condition: Garments must be clean, brand new, and in good condition.

•   Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any garment that is damaged, soiled, or not suitable for decoration.

•   Sizing & Placement: Please note that precise sizing and placement cannot be 100% guaranteed on customer-supplied items.

•   Specialty Items: Additional handling charges may apply for items that are inherently difficult to embroider or print.
